The existing environmental protection departments’ management measures for the flow of industrial waste include output, storage, and joint declarations, in addition to the Industrial Waste Disposal Plan (IWDP). Furthermore, due to the acquisition of industrial waste recycling permits, registration certificates or processing permits for recycling and processing firms, the designated firms have involved industrial waste disposal during the production process, which is related to the their operation scale and processing capacity. And although the above-mentioned information has other information systems that can assist in querying, the scattered information can easily increase the departments’ cost of reviewing the IWDPs, or the cost can be passed on to the firms to attach copies of relevant documents and affix cross-page seals, which may cause trouble for both parties. In this regard, this project will help “integrate” the core concept by integrating the information of varied industrial waste permits and registration certificates with capacity into the IWDP’s baseline, and optimizing the integration management and format of the IWDP. As a result, the IWDP will act as a management information integrating platform to strengthen the departments’ business management online review mechanism and functional system development, expand the firms’ self-management functions, and gradually improve the online auxiliary tools. At the same time, this project will help incorporate, after study and analysis, specific kinds of waste or resources into recycling examples for both the IWDP’s reviewing departments and the IWDP’s filing firms to follow, so as to achieve the recycling effect.
